Wir zeigen dir, wie du dich sicher in alpinem Gel\u00e4nde bewegst, wie du einen Freund oder eine Freundin beim Klettern sicherst oder wie du am einfachsten durch kniehohen Pulverschnee f\u00e4hrst, ohne dich st\u00e4ndig selbst auszugraben.<br \/>\nAm Ende bist du ein verantwortungsvoller junger Bergsteiger, der vielleicht selbst eine Gruppe leiten kann oder einen eigene Tour anbietet.<br
